THANK YOU!

It took me way too long to figure out that dwntwns wasn’t an abbreviation of some reality show like the real housewives of beverly hills or something.

Ah, ok, that makes sense. Thanks for clarifying!

No way those figures are correct. They spend 45000 on a private jet every time they fly somewhere. Anyway, I made the mistake of clicking on the link to TMZ and holy shit the comments over there are horrifying and racist as shit.

I am gonna out myself here in a different way: I love the show sister wives. I don’t know why. I just, they seem like lovely people and somehow the idea of having sister wives really appeals to me. (Without the whole partriarchal bullshit involved.) In the last season one of their oldest daughters came out as gay and

No that isn’t actually true. If you are, say 10 pounds above your “normal” weight it won’t have an impact on your bones, heart, liver etc. What your health depends on are your cholesterol levels and your overall eating and exercise habits.

It’s about accepting that obesity is a disease, just like drug addiction, alcoholism etc. and trying to get them the help they need. I think the whole problem is that people see obese people and think to themselves, well they could just eat healthy, exercise etc and the fat-shaming begins. It’s just like people

There is a big difference between being overweight and obese though. Obesity really is a disease that kills many, many people every year and often the sufferers have real addictions to food. I think we need to be able to have this discussion and stop with the fat-shaming and saying they are just lazy and could simply

I see this argument so often and I don’t get it. Not every smoker is automatically unhealthy and not every non-smoker automatically healthy. But smoking is unhealthy just as obesity is and we should treat obesity as a disease just like we do anorexia, especially when you look at all the obesity related deseases that

Wow, peeing on the man when other ladies are around. Never heard of that one before. Glad she got over it! And Mila agrees that kids are the best, they never get tired of throwing her ball and they usually have some kind of food stuck to their faces or shirts :)

Thank you :)

Thanks. Yeah it was more: If I give you my paw, will you give me some of whatever it is you are eating? :)

Ok, so first of all, you did not fail as a parent. These things are, as crazy as it sounds, not so uncommon. Usually it is not spelled out this way and usually it happens more in the child’s head than her expressing it, but it is relatively normal and should go away with time. I am not sure it was really the best move

My dog was scared of everything when we first got her from the shelter: Children, men, other dogs, cats, birds, the vaccum, the dark, loud noises, being alone, the tv, any kind of water, loud laughing, talking in a serious voice etc.
As the months went by and she felt more secure all of that went away, except she still

I get that, and so I gave you my opinion on why I think it’s racist to use the N-word when you are white, by using the german-jew comparison.

Try to see it in a different context. Would you be ok with a German making a joke about gassing Jews? Wouldn’t you find that anti-semitic? Using the N-word, especially in a joke like that, is racist.

This is actually very true and scientifically proven. We also tend to remember bad things that happened to us a lot more vividly than good things, which is actually a major contributing factor for depression. These mechanisms used to protect us from harm and now they actually do harm to our mental well-being. :(

The body positivity stuff is great and I wish they would have had these kind of messages when I was growing up. But... I just think the music is terrible, just terrible. I guess I am getting old... :(

Hahaha. This has to be satire, right?

What a beautiful dog!
