False, if it does well and they earn twice the money on the same film they will continue to release an R and PG-13 version, it’s free money.

I don’t buy that logic. If this gets enough views, they’ll make the R version, then kidnap BEN Savage and release a PG-13 version called Deadpool Meets World. 

My guess is that going forward they’ll release the movies twice a year, the standard hard-R deadpool in the spring and the PG-13 deadpool in the fall/winter. the logic for this is fairly simple:

To me, it looks less like they tweaked the eyes and more like they tweaked the rest of the face. In the first trailer, the entire movement of her face looked overly CGI. In this one, the rest of her face looks more natural. So it looks less like a fake CGI face interacting with real actors.
