I loved Misty and Danny’s relationship in the comics and was hoping that it may still have become a reality in the show until I saw the Iron Fist show. While I didn’t hate it, I just don’t see the Danny Rand in the live action universe ending up with Misty. Honestly she just feels like she is too good for him at

I did the same thing. Random watch like 6 months after it came out and I was so mad at myself for not seeing it in theaters. I made up for it by buying the blue ray for myself and a friend who also hadn’t seen it.

As a 45 year old man who got back into comics a decade or so ago, it is even easier to jump back in now then it was when I did it. They compartmentalize stories so much that all you have to do is jump in at the beginning of an arch (like this one) and you will pick everything up quickly.

I just about completely agree with you here.

Yes and no. The speed force is a central battery that speedsters pull their powers from. The Spider Totems are more of manifestations of a multi-universal deity that ties all the different universes together (The Web).

That would be cool, but the question is does Sony have the rights to Jessica Drew? Like the article says she has always been her own character so there is a chance that Sony didn’t get her with Spider Man, but odds are Sony owns her in the Movie verse so they would probably have to do some hard core negotiating to

It is probably because while she was never given the rank of Jedi Knight, she more than met the qualifications by the time she left the order.

Yet it has been very successful for Marvel for decades. Carol Danvers replace Mar-Vel in the 70s, James Rhodes replaced Tony Stark in the 80s, and now they are using the same technique to inject some fresh story lines in their current continuity while also broadening their reach by including other races and genders

Peter is pretty much the new Tony Stark in the Marvel Comic Universe with Parker Inc. being one of the leading tech companies in the world (all thanks to the time when Otto was Peter in “Superior Spider Man”). So Spidey’s suit is all teched up by Parker Inc. R&D.

I always thought this was a joke from “3rd Rock From the Sun” but seeing it here worries me that someone may do this in real life as well.

Seeing as it is kind of being written as a satire of our current political situation (or at least Nick Spenser’s interpretation of our current political situation) that isn’t very surprising.

I agree with the way they are handling Medusa is probably about 89% of my misgivings when watching this trailer.

Medusa is an epic character in her own right, she walks into a room and EVERYONE should be looking at her because of her stature, her confidence, and, especially, her hair as it flows out in this wild mane

I wouldn’t say it looks great, but it looks like it might be fun. I guess I’m in the middle between you and the author here.

All of Abyss’ references plus these...

They recently had a “Starbrand/Nightmask” comic that only lasted a few issues with the 616 versions of the characters that they used on the run up to Secret Wars. I was actually enjoying it before it was canceled.

They have Blur from DP7 on Squadron Supreme, although I think that

I’m actually kind of happy that they are bringing in the Psi-Hawk from the New Universe. They have been doing some fun things with the old New Universe characters lately and I think it is cool that they keep doing it.

It was a damn good comic that ended way to soon. I will admit that I am bias, though, as Danny and Luke’s friendship is one of my favorite things in comics and I was just glad to see them working together again.

We did the cloth diaper thing when the baby was, well, a baby, and when you do that you have to have a way to get the poop out of the diaper before putting it in the washer. In order to do that fairly cleanly one of the easiest ways is to install a sprayer on your toilet similar to what you have on a sink, a handle

Is there any reason this couldn’t be the Ultimate Universe’s Steve Rogers that somehow survived the Secret Wars thing a couple of years ago? Then you could have a flip of the Reed Richards/Maker story where the 616 Rogers is the Evil one and the 1610 Rogers is the good one.

There is actually a good amount of used toys being sold in areas like Craigslist/Facebook and what not at fair prices for the most part. Then there are tons of consignment shops that sell children’s toys, clothing, beds, etc etc. We have gotten decent toys for our girls in better shape than Goodwill for good prices

Well, remember Ohms formula, amp x volts = watts. So I assume you are talking 120v and if that is the case you are looking at 10 amps which is okay at 16 gauge at a really short distance with a short run time but should probably be 14 gauge if you are talking about a motor as they require more wattage/amperage when
