There is Samantha Wilson in the Earth-65 universe (the Spider Gwen Universe), Danielle Cage from a future Avengers that looks to be joining in U.S.Avengers, and Roberta Mendez from Earth 2099 who is a side character in Spider-Man 2099.

I think it would be great if she were to just randomly show up in the Defenders series and end up being Luke and Jessica’s nanny later on. Then give her a spin off series.
