From Up On Poppy Hill is a fantastic movie, one of my personal favorites from studio ghibli. Story goes to a lot of interesting places, and is a captivating period drama about post war japan.

Well, they are on blu ray but in Japan. The slap in the face fact is those releases have the english dub/sub, but they are region locked and cost about 80 bucks if you want to buy them outside of the US.
