Lots of cars occasionally combust, you just dont hear about it because they aren’t Teslas. Just like you dont hear about panel gap issues and constant recall notices of cars that aren’t Teslas. Because when a Tesla fucks up, its news, when another car manufacturer does, no one really cares.

I hope they can pull it off, the farther these companies push the boundaries of what a car and its factory can do, it will force the other companies to continue to innovate, or be left behind. When stuff like this happens the true winner is us the consumer.
