That the native bands OKed in the first place, but decided to jump the other direction when the successive government suddenly decided to shutdown the pipeline... After the previous government already gave the go ahead to.

Uh, hate to break it to you, but Kubica had been an F1 driver for three years before he got that win, was in Kart for since childhood, and was an F1 driver long before he was in WRC. Saying he’s a “WRC Driver in Formula 1" is disingenuous in the extreme.
An episode that AV Club, ironically, gave a rating of “A” and praised it heavily.
It’s not better, they’re just different. Put an F1 driver in a rally car and they’d be slow or crash; Put a rally driver in an F1 car and they’d be slow or crash.
I have a bunch of personal things that I know are classless, but I love them anyways. The most common one though is probably huge rubber over small rims on pickups. Jacked up truck and you’re running around on >18" rims? Yawn. Ripping around on 37s wrapped around 17" rims? Hell yes.
The 2nm process they haven’t actually got to proper production yet, while they’ve remained stuck on 10nm for the last seven years?
I really can’t imagine that with us already struggling to meet demand for cobalt deposits as is, increasing demand dramatically will result in cheaper batteries. That’s just not how business works.
Motorbike engines in general tend to be featherweights out of necessity. A heavy engine means the spinning engine causes huge gyroscopic and torsional effects.
200HP V4 is more interesting than 150HP I3.
Poor dudes just can’t catch a break.
I’ll buy the tooling for this, and hit up Yamaha for the rights to their now discontinued VMax V4 engines.
Or maybe hit up Yamaha and see if they can start sending you the now discontinued VMax’s V4 engines. Not only are they light, weird and powerful, but they can be supercharged for next to no effort as well.
I’m not so sure. Backup camera is laughably easy, airbags could be done for minimal effort, and then all it needs to do is aim for “bare minimum” safety regulations. I doubt anyone is buying a featherweight sports car looking for a five star safety rating.
Always a risk. I’ve definitely gotten pretty good at falling through that tiny back window they put in pickups.
I wonder if a CVT (Don’t balk) would’ve solved that issue slightly. You could keep the turbine in a peakier “standby” ratio, then let the ratios relax substantially when spun up.
Always appreciated Jay Leno for that. Dude has a massive collection, but more important, a massive collection he actually enjoys using. He’s the Jalop community if it were rich.
I can believe that. My VanVan makes 300HP, if rounded up to the nearest 300HP.
Is it just me, or does that statement still sound alarming? 10% of your staff can’t do the job safely, or to completion. That’s a big problem. If any of the shops I worked at had 10% of the workers unable to do the listed jobs on time, safely, the government would shut us down and/or the shop foreman would be fired.
Yup. I’m not in car sales any more, but I used to love the fact no other dealer was giving all-in quotes, because it meant if I gave a number - any number - I had automatically shot to the top of the list. I was competing with no one.
God I hate that twerp. His advice is bad for clients and bad for sales people. He’s just a scumbag.
