Wanted to add that service manuals are funny sometimes. Same truck (2010 sierra) the official way to R&R the lower ball joint is to take the control arm off and press it out. Not sure why you have to do that... you can pound the old one out and press the new one in... I’m assuming it’s if you have to really beat it,

From my 2010 Sierra’s service manual...

Having replaced wheel studs, I’m going to infer that the problem is that the stud wasn’t seated all the way in. This means that when the wheel was torqued the first time, it wasn’t enough force to move the stud and normal driving puts enough force to move the stud back and forth, eventually causing it to loosen.

Sorry, this is the “won’t someone think of the children” argument.

My buddy has a ‘16 Silverado 5.3. We recently drove 1000 miles with an enclosed car hauler. I think we averaged about 10mpg or worse. He really pines for a diesel.

You’re correct.

If the basic headlights meet the minimum, then what’s the problem?

I’m not sure if I understand your question, but I’ll try and answer.

with annual sales of 5000 units... these are not cars for “the masses”

Oh sure, throw FACTS into this conversation. LOL

Jeeps (the real Jeep, not a Compass or whatever.)

“the only thing stopping EVs from being cheaper than ICE cars is the cost of the battery tech. Otherwise, EVs are either equivalent or simpler than ICE in almost every aspect”

This thing seems sketchy AF.

I’m ok with selling my car to anyone as long as they actually are able to pay for it and don’t have stupid requests.

I had two Subaru wagons. I loved the CTS-V Wagon. Why I didn’t go there? Because I bought a pickup truck. I’d still rather have the wagon but ... see pic. I did get the 6.2L though...

Needs more doors before you can call it a coupe.

I’m secure in my manhood. Previously, I drove an Outback XT, and before that, a Legacy wagon. Both were stick shifts. (I also have a 2001 WS6 Trans Am that I bought new...)

What is this “too much power” you speak of?

I had one of those. Then I had kids. Baby seats in a regular cab...

Hey! I’m in lower middle management and a DD a full-size. I didn’t buy it to impress anyone.
