I have the Rigid mentioned in the article, and like it very much. Quality materials and easy to operate controls. It's the third CC I've had (the others were hand-me-downs), and it beats the crap out of all of them. Recommended.

Oh, I understand how dangerous dull knives are and strive to keep mine sharp. As I replied to another poster, I always remove the skin when I filet fish, so I don't have the experience of doing that.
