This article is the biggest pile of BS I’ve read in a while. I feel that Peloton and the like are a net positive, but they do contribute to an overemphasis on cardio training at the expense of strength training. Of the 5 pelotón owners (and one spin class enthusiast) I know, none of them have a strength regemin.

I have spent money looking for a decent audio solution for years and avoided sonos because they were on the pricey side (but not really when compared to their competition, like bose, B&O, etc.) I had a turtle beach network audio streamer years ago but that thing was so finicky and hard to maintain..... whatever money…
