Great find, I actually saw a similar Jag XJ in a pick and pull junk yard some time ago, the bits were just falling apart, It was so bad I was able to pry the clock from the center console without any tools, now it sits on my table.. still works.
My family had two of the Suzuki versions back in the early 90s. both in white with flames on the sides(my idea :D) It came with a mid mounted 800cc petrol engine with 36bhp. From what I understood later on it was harrowing to drive, and had a penchant of tipping over on hard braking.. lol. but when you are 8 and have…
Awww! look at it, its in pain.. feel like it is sad because it is forced to do menial work, when it would rather be on the highway playing..
Why do potentially dangerous items like this not have a locator radio beacon or something? People put radio collars on animals for god sake, would it be any difficult to put one on for items like this? Absolutely ridiculous..
What was the premise? make an intercontinental ballistic missile?
dint they make just one? and half the stuff in it dint work, doesn't count I guess..
Yeah depends on the garage I guess, from the image it looked a little sloped to me. Kinda brings me to new point, how many people(who aren't auto enthusiasts) actually know what happens when a car is in neutral, going by the number of cases of accidental acceleration on Toyotas, when shifting to neutral seems like the…
Yeah probably, but you cant deny there is some amount of 'Floridaness' to the story. The man did everything other than the obvious to get noticed, I'd just drop the car into neutral, and let itroll down the driveway to the road....
Last I checked, a human comes with two hands, what exactly was the right hand doing, that he couldn't open the car door?
Never had any problem with the alternator. But funny story, I was stopped at a D&D and a lady driving another V6 Cougar asked me the very same thing.. Stuff that did go wrong was the automatic trans, dont know what happened but there was a big leak in the oil sump and had to keep topping up every 2 weeks or the gears…
I agree, quirky but probably one of the best cars I have owned, and dont forget, had crazy lift-off oversteer in the corners, pity it was always in the shadow of the Mustang and never sold well, there was a charming quality for this car, simple to fix, low parts cost, only thing was there were not many tuner parts…
Yep I definitely heard of a Chris who beat up a Rihanna some time ago. So you are telling me this is the Same Chris who beat up Rihanna? And the same Rihanna(who was bet up by Chris) just bought Chris(who beat up Rihanna) a Mercedes?
Wow that is gorgeous! I know what you mean, these are definitely future classics, I have been looking for a good example for a bit of time now. But buying a classic when I dont have a garage and the cost of maintenance is seriously making me think twice I guess..
Factory added extras, if I remember right even Rolls Royce used to do the same with its 1930s cars
Hyundai I20 to be exact.
What would you think would be better for an auto maker one halo car that helps boost sales of the other cars in their range or one design philosophy where the top of the range model look like a design extension of the lower range model? and what in your opinion would be the modern equivalent of the Jag E type of…
Why would you want to sit at home and do this? Id strap a go pro on my car set it to time-lapse mode and drive like a bat out of hell.. now that is a lot more fun.
Next time please use a tripod, and camera set to M mode the shots are good but there are a few pictures where the camera is really struggling with ISO.
