Honestly I’ve yet to hear a console startup that isn’t amazing. I’m guessing a fuck-ton of work goes into them, since players will be hearing them a lot.

Console startup splashes in general tend to sound amazing. They must get workshopped to hell and back.

Depends on how games are optimised, I guess. While there’s still overlap with the last gen, a lot of games will likely be made assuming an old-school harddrive. Same goes for games that also release on PC.
