Lol! I didn’t say any of that. You missed the entire part where I criticize the pilots for being sloppy.

Dude, what? Nothing you said refutes what I said. They are absolutely motivated to have the car act that way to preserve the life of components. I have a hard time believing the calibration was “off” by mistake. They probably had heat generation issues with the regenerative braking system after multiple heavy uses and

Maybe you’re thinking about the most recent crash? This one happened last year.

For reasons that are still not clear, the crew of the October 28 flight with the extra pilot did not report the incorrect stall warnings or the MCAS issues after the flight landed. As a result, when the plane flew the next day, the same issues were present.

First Boeing is at fault here. No doubt about that, but...

First, yeah, a “bug.” More like they wanted to stress the regenerative braking system or battery less so they set the braking force low. They got caught so they put it up where it should have been. Who knows if it’s still at the improved level or if they dropped it back down. That’s the thing with unfettered OTA

This is the only way I would be OK with this. No software “switch” though, especially one that can be turned on remotely “for safety.” I want a physical switch that severs the physical connection between the receiver and the rest of my car. If this becomes mainstream, you can be sure I’ll be figuring out how to

My whole problem with how that went down is, how do we know Tesla didn’t just change it back to how it was before the test? If they can improve it just like that, what’s stopping them from dialing it back again after the test?

Nope. Stay out of my car. This leads to licensing of cars instead of ownership.

Was the pedestrian horn a continuous noise you switched on and off or was it just a quieter horn you pressed with a momentary switch?

I certainly wouldn’t have a problem using it.

I do wear gear and all of the time. Also I do yearly training to make sure I’m competent behind the bars.

Seems like the younger generation is just as uniformed as him.

Yeah I stand by my previous comment. Have fun with your mimosas.

Damn it. Oh well. I never buy on the first model year anyway.

...a time when safety-conscious young people are less interested in motorcycles than ever.

I’m not watching the video because I refuse to support this moron. Thank you for writing about it though.

I think I remember reading on here that the new M5 has around 650hp and AWD to put it to the ground. Also it handles like a dream and looks badass doing it. Not sure how much more inspiring you can get.

Ha! Multilink suspension? Jeep this old doesn’t know what that is.

Further, MotoGP just started again and someone other than Marquez won the first race. Lots of rider change ups this year. MotoGP draws pretty big crowds around the world and even in Texas. Not sure why an auto blog would just ignore something as popular as MotoGP.
