I know post-apocalypses love their ‘society is what prevents us from being monsters’ trope but it’s not grounded in reality in the least and gets reallllly tired after a while without a proper reason behind it.

I am constantly surprised at the number of occasions that manufacturers decide to cheap out on quality of ingredients/components and don’t simultaneously come out with a premium brand that keeps the old recipe/composition at a markedly higher price. I’m sure there’s marketing research which says that usually doesn’t…

Yes, as I acknowledged in a response to someone else’s comment, I was mistaken about the re-releases for the film. For some reason I thought that SotS hadn’t been re-released in the U.S. after the 1970s and that the 1980s re-releases were only in overseas markets, but according to Wikipedia I’m wrong about that.

It’s the best of the Burton/Schumacher films, IMHO.
