I’m not sure how the tow truck driver was disturbing the peace in this situation. He peacefully secured the vehicle in the first place. What was he supposed to do, go back and unhitch it once the yahoo tried driving it away while it’s still attached? That would have been seriously dangerous for the tow truck driver.

It could be added that unless you’re talking about a superhero who kills criminals (which (a) Spider-Man is emphatically not and (b) I’d think the author would also have problems with), then by definition a superhero has to work with the police to some extent because there’s no other mechanism for dealing with

I’ll take your word for it because I don’t play tennis more than casually, but given how fast paced and out in the open tennis is, it still seems bizarre that a player can get any useful information “on the fly” from someone that can be translated into action on the court.

I’m still trying to figure how the hell coaching is even useful in this kind of situation!

The McDonald’s arches are a registered trademark. There are statutory damages available for unauthorized use of a registered mark, which I believe can be recovered even if there’s no showing that the infringer actually succeeded in diverting any sales.
