Because the point is we don’t know, and showing examples of the many things that *could* have happened is a pretty good way to punch a hole in the argument that people *know* what happened.

We don’t know what happened behind closed doors. Based on her history and her own statements she doesn’t seem the sort to accept having to apologize so if she was ordered to do so and refused that also could have led to her being let go. I’ve seen it happen at my job.
