If LeBron can “get away” with 26-11-13, it’s over. That said...never mind that’s all that need be said, of both sides.

I like pop, i like kerr, i still don’t know that someone is better than stevens at getting the most out of a team full of non-established stars. To be fair, I am not saying tatum or brown won’t be, but it’s beyond ridiculous that this is all without their 2 highest paid players.
In his next at bat, the kid was beaned by Justin Verlander
I thought the most impressive series of “Well this is my game now” moments was when he just took Lance to the post like three straight possessions, then they switched a larger defender on him (Bogdanovic I think) and he hit a long two right in his face.
Next year he’ll enter the top ten all time list for assists. He’s already in it for points. Those two lists are very different, he’ll be the only person on both.
I am not a basketball fiend, but my very casual take is that at this point, I can’t even *just* say he’s top five. He’s the GOAT, even if he walks away after this season (which, he won’t — he’ll probably put together at least two more elite seasons before retooling his game to be an effective older player on a good…
I feel like Bryce Harper, while not quite there yet, is on that trajectory.
It’s really hard to get 10 assists for a triple double when no one on your team can hit a fucking wide open shot.
To the other 11 Cavs:
You laugh, but that 11 year old just got a full ride at Duke.
Nearly everything in this world is fucking shit, but one of the few things that gives me hope on a daily basis is that we live in a world where A-Rod has entered an astounding and much-loved second career in his post-playing life and Jeets is flailing and insulting Bryant fucking Gumbel on national TV.
That extra step opens up a whole world of possibilities.
So Donald Trump is either incredibly stupid or amazingly racist.
Deep balls hang on him.
It’s fairly simple.
This shouldn’t be the thing that triggers my “JESUS CHRIST, DONALD TRUMP IS THE FUCKING PRESIDENT” realization. He does 1,000 things worse than this every week. I don’t even care about college sports, much less the success of Alabama football.
Hopefully the next time he’ll say Roll Tide is when he’s washing sheets in the prison laundry.
The important thing is that he didn’t act like Anthony Rendon and show up the umpire.
Rendon’s been asking for it throughout his entire MLB career by intentionally being a quiet, genial player who typically exchanges pleasantries with 3B and home plate umpires and catchers and base runners who reach third while generally playing gold glove-level defense and occasionally bumping up against MVP numbers…
