They did similar with the 1st gen Mirai. I think the fuel savings along with the car rebate made the Mirai basically free for a 3 year lease. Our vendor was pushing us to get them (a lot of us lived in LA and Anaheim which had fueling stations) but they were so fugly that I couldn’t get myself to do it.

Relative to convenience stores, it’s awesome. Would I go to Wawa instead of a good deli next door? No. But when it’s all that’s around, it’s better than having any of those other stores around.
