Past years I’ve bought their Turkey Wellington (I forget what they actually call it). But it’s Turkey breast wrapped in stuffing wrapped in puff pastry (hence why it’s still stuffing and not dressing). It doesn’t come out quite as pretty as the pictures, but it is quite tasty.

Taiwan mayonnaise is not the same as China’s mayonnaise. Kewpie is still popular, but the Taiwanese mayonnaise is much sweeter and only good for specific applications.

When we go to Vegas, we go off the Strip to eat. Although if you price in the cost of a rideshare from the Strip, you won’t save much money.

The prices aren’t that much over nicer restaurants on the Strip. The margin comes in by being always full with a humongous dining room because of Ramsay’s name and an internationally syndicated show.
