Can one be a poppers gay without the rimming?

There are 2 great gay superheroes from DC Comics: Apollo and Midnighter, the best ones by far. I'd much rather see them onscreen than turning Bond or Batman gay.

I'm not saying it would be, I'm just saying there would be a debate between producers and directors in terms of how one's race would factor into the character in terms of broad cultural traits and attitude

Daniel Craig is the James Bond for the post-irony generation. It will be interesting to see if the next Bond will be more human and warm

I have a different theory: some people simply stop watching SNL once they get older, same way some people stop listening to rock or rap…those are the same people that will listen to something like Arcade Fire and say "Oh that's crap, is that what kids listen to these days??"

Man I know they goof off but I couldn't watch The Rock singing Shake It Off, it looked so ridiculous. I think it would be different if it was on a sketch or something but there was nothing funny about it.

Agreed. Bond's political views never come into play but it wouldn't be a stretch to think he's more of a conservative. There's absolutely nothing "liberal" about the very concept of James Bond and that's why I don't think they should tweak the character that much

I disagree with that rule, my fav SNL cast has been the ones with Tina Fey and Seth Meyers and I was past 25 when they were on the air

Oh yeah I've read about it. Boy, between those ridiculous games on The Tonight Show, this one and Lip Sync Battle it's getting hard out there for celebrities right? I had to see Ellen practically force Matt Damon to dance that Watch Me song on her show, it was painful

That's a great point, the fact that they were males was never really a big issue as far as the plot was concerned…at least on the first one, the sequel had more sexual issues factored in due to the Sigourney Weaver character

I think Bond could be black but I don't think he should be female or gay. Period. I've already explained my reasons and I don't hate women and I'm gay and no, I have no self-hatred.
