I doubt this is the last we've heard of Kobach. I'm sure there's another lawsuit he can lose and get more remedial lawyer classes.

Now he’ll have time to take that court-ordered course on evidence.  Pretty rare for a judge to come down that hard on a government official, but he earned it.
