I agree with this.

Looks like it to me. And I agree. Very fancy for the time.

Agreed. It’s a neat car. But not something that is going to be collectible in the future in my view. I mean, how popular were they even when they were new?

Hey that’s a little bit of alright.

Oh god. I never drove it anything but manual mode after trying out the auto modes. It was horrid. A1 was like a 85 yr old shifting gears.

Taco Bell has regulars? I figured after the way your stomach felt after eating it, you wouldn’t be back for at least a month or 2. Or 10 years like me. Haha.

Cool. I’d want to confirm what the warranty is but in reality it doesn’t matter. The ROI is staggering, though they have inventory costs (space in the showroom, etc) to consider, but over 10 years they don’t add up to $100k.

I agree. The interior alone would give me pause with the NSX. I’m not a huge fan of McLaren’s interiors either but I think at the 200k price point I’m looking at an R8 V10 real hard. Or a used Ferrari.

Hell the GT in 1996 when I was in high school only had 215hp. The Z28 at the time had 275 and would dust it all day long.

Yeah, or E46 M3. Believe after 5 it voided the warranty. That may have been a myth. That’s a car from 2001 though, with that sort of annoyance.

You could also wince in pain after a 30 min drive. Or worse yet, die. Because some idiot in a Tahoe was on their phone and didn’t see you. No thanks.

Fuck that’s heavy.

No. Some of my Porsche friends buy them as a track car because the running costs are cheaper than 911's. And the intake and exhaust notes of that engine are unreal.

Why are you limiting it to the 458? Have you ever sat in a F430 interior? California is damn nice too. I’m guessing you haven’t because show me the GM car that has ever looked that good. And yes. I know some of the rubber pieces wear out on some of the older models (90's and early 2000's). This is a 2005 F430. The

OMG the Sandlot?????

For sure. It’s a very valid comparison.

Ahh that video. Still remember when I first saw it, around ‘06 on the M3 forum. Good stuff.

No it was definitely the nudes. That shit was getting traded on BBS’s (not the wheels for you youngsters) way back in the late 80's and early 90's even before there was a WWW.

Agreed. Hell even those go for 40-50k these days if they are in good shape.

I guess we’ll see after the auction. And then a week later if it gets relisted by the same seller.
