Why? What’s the issue? It’s not prevention. We can test for alcohol but we still have a lot of DUI’s. If the issue is just so we can punish them more harshly that’s not a reason at all to stop legalization.

What is the point you’re trying to make when you point out that we can tell when people are drunk? It doesn’t prevent DUI’s so what impact does that have on whether we legalize pot or not?
