Not until this past week actually. Had an issue again with the left earbud not syncing. Seems to be fine now. But yeah I was ready to return them due to constant issues of audio dropping out, not syncing, delays. Doing their reset stopped all those issues.

I was having a similar issue with mine. Contacted CS, and they told me to put them back in the case, take them out and double tap both earbud buttons simultaneously. Surprisingly it worked!
