if they ever do produce the “10 speed manual”, then the first few fast and furious movies will seem more accurate when they are shifting unrealistic number of times...

so it wasn’t a car’s and coffee I was invited to, but one I happened across a few months ago in Nederland Colorado. mainly comprised of Ford’s cruising around. Actual Hurst edition Mustang, 1980's Ford SVO 2.3L turbo, black Shelby GT500 just to name a few. Shelby was owned by the president of the Northern Colorado

As a Coloradan and I am glad to hear this is illegal, because it is fucking ridiculous sometimes. People drive up and down 120th in westminster on purpose doing this, and it is just irritating.

I think a factory tune is a fairly big deal, because even a professional third-party tune doesn’t come with a warranty.

I have been driving manual transmission cars since I got my license 9 years ago, and the only time I speed accidentally is when I am driving someone else’s automatic.

That’s a garrett T25 from a T5 SAAB 93

How was the manual transmission on the Z? my dad was going to buy one but he hated the clutch and heaviness of the standard gear shift so much he got a civic Si instead [and he has been racing Nissans since he bought a datsun 510 and turned it into a BRE back in the day]

I also hear this is what keeps people from attempting FA20DIT swaps, the bay is just too small.

you are right about the transmission and clutch package having issue with the power from a turbo or supercharger. Also, the WRX is the FA20DIT, the BRZ only has the FA20. These are two different engines, and the DIT version has an entirely different head assembly designed specifically to take the abuse from above

the BRZ and it’s twins all need a turbo charger or a supercharger, end of story. They are not fast cars. I eat them alive in my 1999 SAAB 9-3. I drive a hatchback, the BRZ’s a “sports car”, this shouldn’t be the case. I almost feel bad for the owners when I pull away from them after they take off from the line before

we all miss tyler...

thank you for bringing this up, I didn’t see your post before I replied to some other people. Everyone should know that the J-20 is a tweaked Mig 1.44

very true. I feel the T-50 will be superior to the J-20, because it seems like the J-20 is just a Mig 1.44, and the Russians didn’t seem to interested in keeping it. China will have many more old Mig aircraft than the U.S could ever hope to field in 5th generation fighters. The 5th generation fighter isn’t meant to

it has been rumored that the J-20 is the rebirth of the forgotten Soviet Mig 1.44. So it has probably been in development since before I was born...

Yes a really great car overall. I am very content with it. It is a lot of work, and I really wish it had independent rear suspension, but it is so versatile. I can do anything with that car. I have actually put lumber in it during the morning, and have then taken it to the track that same afternoon. Hot hatch life is

Now playing

in a general sense yes, but in the practical sense no. Keep in mind the only time you need to double clutch is if your transmission does not have synchronizers, which is rare in modern private vehicles. Double clutching is also refers to upshifting more than it does to downshifting, because as you said waiting for the

probably the best car Buick ever produced. I know someone who has one tuned up a little bit and its quarter mile time is under 11 seconds. I wreck people with this in Forza

Thank you sir for including the Ford Sierra Cosworth. I have an 1988 Merkur x4ti and that thing hauls and can handle. Not the best looking car in the world though, but I didn’t buy it because it’s pretty...

I bet he would have to look up what model of SAAB that is lol...

damn GM and this bonkers advertising. Born from piston engines damn it! Like the ones we put into cars! Piston engines are a much better selling point honestly.
