Why would we want to subject people who have already been through hell to have to live in states like these? I think those mayors did the refugees a favor. We’re still accepting them but now they won’t be relegated to living in Texas or Louisiana. Syrian refugees will do best where the levels of xenophobia are much

I'm with you. I just stumbled upon Wicked City yesterday on Hulu and got into it. Only to learn it's already been canceled! I'm bummed and hoping it gets picked up by someone else.

I’m not sure if this differs by state, but in PA they are only supposed to have, at maximum, a 4:1 ratio. I can attest sometimes it’s more, sometimes it’s less. It seems like a Catch-22. All the costs are most likely due to federal and state childcare regulations. So if you go with someone who is providing childcare

The upkeep of the center, utilities, food (mine provides breakfast, some centers do more), toys, books, sleeping cots/cribs, playground equipment/maintenance, and I would bet a big ole’ chunk goes towards insurance in some capacity.

In Philly, the average annual income for full-time child care workers is between $20k - $30k, most falling in the $25k - $28k range. I’m a financial aid administrator at the community college so I see what’s listed as their income on their FAFSAs. My son also goes to the daycare on campus and as an infant for 5 days,

The cost of my son’s childcare is two and a half times what I paid for rent per month before we bought our house. I also get a discount because the daycare is affiliated with my place of employment...

Right, because paying for an abortion is waaaayyyy more expensive than supporting a future Ward of the State for 18 years or welfare moms. And obviously it would be a welfare mom because in our society, being a dad is an option but being a mom is an obligation.

I don’t get it. That dude’s experience seems like it should have been good and if he learned about sex from porn, well...there’s plenty of cumshots there. He should have thought that was normal. Every guy I’ve ejaculated for, almost lost it...in a good way. Not to mention, I can make myself do it. (Just making it

I told him that Damian would be his legal name but we’d lovingly call him Beelzebub or just “Bub” for short.

Ugh, I hated that. Topped off with the fact that I was considering the name “Damian” because I like it only to hear from strangers how the devil is going to be birthed out of me. All that because of a movie! There’s no reference to Damian in the Bible. DERP.

I like to call Rove Mr. Potato Head.

My college had an Inside-Out program where students met to attend class at a federal prison nearby and the class was made up of college students and inmates. We all had the same readings and participated in class together. The inmates gave such different perspectives. It was a great experience and very eye-opening.

Derp. You typed some straight up jibberish.

Phew! Good thing Trump doesn’t want to let in all those refugee terrorists because Americans are clearly not terrorists...

Lunch meat can carry the bacteria, Listeria. Pregnant women are more susceptible to it than non-pregnant people. It can make the mother sick and harm the baby. You can zap it in the microwave before consuming to kill the bacteria.

Because those nipples aren't free.

My son has my boyfriend’s last name and his middle name is a shortened version of my long last name. My mom’s maiden name is also my middle name.

My boyfriend and I aren’t married but if we do I’m either keeping my name as is or throwing his name at the end as two separate last names and not really use it. Our son has my boyfriend’s last name and his middle name is a shortened version of my long, but cool, German last name.

Because there’s a baby in there. Before the kid’s even born it's staring in a low budget porno.
