i think it should be 15 yards, but with a variation of the “clear path” foul that would be a spot foul (or something in between spot foul & 15yds) for an instance like a db in single coverage getting roasted on a double move & just reaching out to grab a guy to avoid getting burned for a TD.

why would we be reviewing it on every play if the number of coaches’ challenges doesnt increase? they’d still get 2 per game, and 1 extra if they were right twice. Just because it could/couldnt be called almost every play doesnt mean that its getting reviewed constantly.
