I thought the entire point was that they weren’t special ;)

Let’s see... I’ve backed 14 projects, not including one created by a family member. Of those 14, 13 reached their goal. Of those 13, 11 completely fulfilled their pledges to me, and the remaining two only closed recently and so haven’t reached their shipping deadlines yet. So, in my experience anyway, I’ve yet to have…
You can do this at home, with stuff you can easily buy at local stores! (Though, admittedly, slightly less impressively than in the above video.)
I have no idea if the 1989 Legend of Zelda TV series is any good, but for $4-$5, I'm willing to find out.
They did do the Cosby bit, just not with Eddie Murphy playing him.
The sequel, Buttercup's Baby, was only released in Florin. There have been issues getting the rights from the S. Morgenstern estate for an English remake.
Yeah, and what's with Superman being able to fly? Superman was originally able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but not fly. And heat vision, and x-ray vision? That's just ridiculous, he can't do any of that. And, I mean, he can go fast (faster than a locomotive, even) but the movies show him, like, breaking…
The article and OP are talking about the last time Dreamworks had a PoC lead; The Princess and the Frog was Disney.
(And of course now, over a year later, Merida is in fact an official Disney Princess, making this whole comment moot.)
I'm pretty sure that was meant to be incredibly sarcastic.
A lot of the broadcasting equipment went out as well. I was listening to that part of the game on radio, and the whole thing just cut off. The announcers called their station via cell phone and vamped for the next half-hour. If the game had gone on without being properly broadcast, there would be a LOT of very unhappy…
While this is certainly a far from perfect policy (that would be an official national policy against this sort of discrimination), it's certainly not useless. Believe me, there are plenty of Scout troops and packs that already support LGBTQ inclusiveness. Most of them keep it quiet, as those who are open about it risk…
They may not push religion too hard - though that depends VERY heavily on your troop and area of the country - but atheists/agnostics are still officially banned from membership, just like homosexuals. It looks like this reconsideration will have no effect on that.
I'm with you on this. I sent back my badge last August and have not yet reached a decision about whether to leave it on my resume or not (though I'm not planning on leaving my job soon, so it's not too pressing a concern.)
Really though, wouldn't it have been more appropriate for Amy to be Marty, and Rory to be Jennifer? I mean, going less off gender and more the role they actually played in the storyline.
Hey, just because you know a couple of gods doesn't mean you think they created the universe, or are worthy of worship. In fact, knowing them might make that even less likely, especially if you ALSO know creatures who got their powers biologically, chemically, or technologically and can fight those gods to a…
So I realize that this is a very serious fight for these two animals, with important territorial resources in the line, and that any one of those blows could seriously injure if not kill me, but damn if that isn't one of the funniest animal fights I've ever seen.
Station No... holy crap, did I walk right under this two nights ago and NOT NOTICE?
