@bornofdust: utorrent is as easy as it gets for me. Just have firefox automatically open all .torrent files with utorrent and your golden.
@Adam Fisk:So they will actually be seeding unknowingly and that's when certain isp's will throttle their bandwidth and bring their browsing to a crawl. And maybe if their lucky get a nice letter from their isp. And hopefully it supports encryption if they are seeding.....
