Ditto.

It's all good, I like long and digressive :) As far as jazz goes, i'm still a total newbie, so I appreciate the tips.

Makes sense. I save all of my music evangelism for Ryan Adams anyway…

Different tastes, I guess. Plus, I like to listen to long, meandering guitar solos partially because that's the instrument I play. If I played sax, I might feel differently.
The word "solo" is often a misnomer with this family of music as well, since a good jam ought to have multiple instruments "soloing" at once,

No love for '77-'78?

I'm a long-time Dead fan, but I really don't care for American Beauty very much - I understand why people like it, but for me the songs are too catchy and the whole thing is a little too "produced". I feel this way about most of their studio albums (of which American Beauty is probably the best).
I really dig the live

The AV Club

If you pay for Spotify, you can choose 320 kbps on mobile.

Possibly not, but Star Tours is my favorite ride.

Mmmmm, C3POs… did you cut out the mask from the back of the box too?

I like him because he's an awesome songwriter, singer, and musician who recorded several of my favorite albums of all time. He's also pretty funny on stage. I know tastes are varied, etc, but I REALLY LIKE HIS MUSIC. That's why I like Ryan Adams.

And Hulu is now the streaming home for Adventure Time and other Cartoon Network shows!

Fringe?

Picking Salem as the city in Oregon to visit makes sense to this OR native (and tells you something about our state capital…)

It'll be like the Dao De Ching movie. Pointless, but if it gets the written work more exposure…

Terry Pratchett. Unfortunately, he's no longer with us…

Hell, I first heard about [implied pony-related show] at this very site, back when my daughters were just at the right age to get obsessed with it.

You forgot "…Dude"

That means you're shocked, right? SHOCKED!!?

That brings back the memories. When I was 11, I had a poster of the SNL copy guy! (I don't think I knew Mr. Schneider by name at the time…)
