Yay! Is it me or does everyone like to hate on things all together for maybe a bunch of little reasons that become this “yuge!” chip on the shoulder. It was a great comeback game and monday quarterbacks come on loud and proud when butthurt by a simple game - win or lose.

My initial reaction was: “only one drink each? What kind of brunch is that?” Unless I have to work later that day, this is nothing.

There are two meals there. A drink apiece at Sunday brunch is pretty tame by Brooklyn standards, and Dylan Thomas would have laughed them off as amateurs while he downed a dozen whiskeys.

As a person who has organised a few live events involving co-ordinating small children who had to do things on cue, things that you would think, in any other context, would be simple, can I just say the “ball catch” moment nearly made me piss myself with fright.

Follow up: does this absolve Atlanta from their history of defending slavery? Which is the more pressing issue to try and attach completely irrelevant political matters to a game?
