They both have them, and they are both unsettling, but I find the Swedish version more artistic, and American version more gratuitous. Which... tracks.

indeed

“the gangster who comes out of the cake.”

All fair points

The TV part at the end is still one of my favorite reactions from moviegoers at the cinema. Things were flying in the air

I never saw it, but I just like saying “Diabolique.” Like the way it sounds

Man, I’d watch Bruce Willis in anything in those days. The Jackal in particular was a high-priority watch, thanks to its enticing trailer. Ended up the most mid movie ever

Saw this in theaters as a kid and thought it was better than Getting Even With Dad, at least, which I also saw around the same time. Not the funniest movie or anything, but I was amused. I’m only just now learning it’s a remake, but now that I’m older, I’m curious to watch it again, and seek out the original to

Just in general a plot requiring the main character to sleep for most of his story arc, instead of being proactive, isn’t the best way to go, imo

A younger protagonist plays better to the target audience.

Obviously she’s not meaning a literal fight, since that makes no sense for her character, but some sort of final confrontation would have been welcome. One of the finale’s biggest criticisms is how anti-climatic Cersei’s arc in particular was, after spending the season drinking wine staring out the window. Looking at

I have seen loads of marketing for The Marvels and virtually nothing, nothing for this. What is going on?

Friends holds up (sorry not sorry) and a large part of that is because of him. And afterwards, it seemed like every sitcom wanted a Chandler of their own. I even saw a lot of Chandler in Xander Harris from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. But nobody could do this type of character like Matthew Perry. Truly one one a kind.

Don’t feel bad. I hate myself for immediately thinking deep down, that when it comes to which Friends cast member would die first, Perry was the safe bet.

and Beeltejuice star Alex Brightman

Hmm. Ranking Fincher is hard because I love just about everything he makes. Of the one’s I’ve seen, my list would go like this:

I’ve been seeing the ads for Thanksgiving, and wondering if it had anything to do with Grindhouse’s (best) fake trailer. I’m a little surprised it does, because it doesn’t seem so. At least when they did Machete, they maintained its tone.

Marvel’s Echo was supposed to be Nov, 30, no? I guess The Artful Dodger is replacing that delay. Admittedly, it doesn’t look bad.

Hosted by Ryan Seacrest.

Missing the point is why tv executives have their jobs.
