YES.  I spent much of that episode yelling at the screen.  “Call Pepper!  Call Pepper Potts!  Ask her for money!  She will give you money!  This is ridiculous!”

And at this point the question really is ... why didn’t Tony just make suits of some kind for everybody? Iron Man II starts with him being very protective about it but by the end of that movie and going forward he’s reconciled to Rhodey having a suit, and surely he’s not actually letting his best friend trust his life…

An Air Force Colonel with 10 years in the service makes 8800 a month. He should at least be making that much as its obvious he’s still doing military work.
If he is instead working as a military contractor.. he’d make more.. so 8800 minimum.

Yeah, may as well just watch them all the first time around. Season 1 still has a few shining moments, even if the season as a whole is the weakest. I really enjoyed “The Hidden Enemy,” a rare standalone episode, as well as “Hostage Crisis,” which is the season finale but leads right into the next season.

It’s not as good as the older cartoon (yeah, I said it), but the CG one follows up on certain threads pretty nicely - particularly Ventress, who gets one of the stronger arcs through the show.
