Patton Oswalt is great casting but I got burnt out on Robot Chicken and its brand of humor, and I’m not crazy about the animation. But the “unlikely animal friends” joke cracked me up and when she revived him so I’ll probably give it a chance

Or steer the DCEU in the right direction

Wow, idk if I’d seen his response. Considering some of the people on the list of guest hosts, hopefully the fact that they didn’t include him means he’s in some kind of negotiations about hosting permanently that can’t be discussed yet...

That occurred to me after posting, maybe the scene would work pretty much as-is lol (it would make it easier to crudely edit the video with the Avengers’ heads over the Community group’s heads at least haha). Then again, maybe he has vials prepared but wouldn’t trust the others with the ability to clone him.

I want to see the scene where Tony’s will is read that’s like that episode of Community and every single Avenger gets a heartfelt note before being told they’ve been left an army of drones.

I came around/decided to eventually get to it when I realized the consensus was basically that the movie isn’t good, but the series gets better as it goes along especially for characters like Ahsoka that are getting focused on lately.

Haha idk if I’ve ever thought to look up his name but that’s perfect. (Also RIP)

It was so good at mixing with action and suspense with what I remember was a pretty offbeat sense of humor. General Grievous was actually scary in the episode where he debuted, yet one of the jedi being hunted by him was clearly an homage to Shaggy from Scooby-Doo haha.

I’m excited to binge Tartakovsky’s Clone Wars! I didn’t give the cg one a chance when it started at least in part because of how much I liked his version (though I was thinking of finally getting around to it soon-ish)

hopefully it’s not too weird to point out I’m finally watching this season two years later and have been occasionally skimming these reviews, so I did see (and like) your comment lol

I really like that, it could definitely be interesting to have a shaggy-dog story superhero movie and I feel like Spider-Man would be a pretty natural fit

Maybe it’s the (non-evil?) Otto of Tom Holland-Spidey’s world

This choice would be 2020 really twisting the knife of taking Trebek

Right, as cool as a live-action Spider-Verse sounds, passing up live action Scorpion played by Michael Mando in favor of Electro again would be really frustrating. Same with Donald Glover as Prowler

Darn it, I’d heard good things and kept meaning to give it a shot, and then when it was renewed I thought “cool, so at least that’s one show I don’t have to feel bad about it getting cancelled because the network didn’t make my intentions to get around to it eventually into account.”

Ah dammit I forgot this was them

Well, there was also his comment that he would literally blow up any footage that Whedon shot before using it

I logged in to see if someone already thought of this; for a brief moment, I thought maybe Snyder had a sense of humor about himself and used it again because of the Watchmen associations, but then realized, it’s probably more gloating than self-deprecating.

Lost in Vegas is the only channel I’ve watched in this genre with any real regularity, and they’ve had a few they’re a bit more lukewarm on (“Legend Has It” by Run the Jewels is the only one coming to right now where they really didn’t like it)
