Worse than that; there are only three unique designs, and the rest are ‘variants’. I thought we were done with this crap when the comic book publishers gave up on producing half a dozen variant covers in an attempt to drive up sales.

I miss Google Inbox. I’ve tried Mailbird and Spark and found they were the closest ones to emulate that Inbox feel. Still not the same, though.
This art doesn’t capture the feel of the movie in any way. It captures the subject matter and then eschews the gritty realism for a clean look.
12 slides and the last 6 are just repeats of the previous 6...
It will never not be funny to me that this movie was announced right when The Flash tv series was just starting and many people were concerned it might kill the momentum of the show and then it took the entire 9-year run of the show for this movie to finally come out.
I like how your line is “I hate Miller but like enjoying things so I’ll still watch it”. So really you only care as much as what serves your own pleasure.
Thanks for letting me voice my opinion? I was worried you wouldnt approve.
But in no way is Brave New World a “controversial name” like the above commentor says, whereas New World Order very much is.
I didn’t know Stuart Smalley was an Avenger!
It also takes its title from a line in The Tempest: “O brave new world, that has such people in ‘t!” Which would be a fitting description of the MCU overall.
Really? I have never, ever heard that.
It’s one of those things where, if it wasn’t clear before, the people who are mad about the change makes it obvious why the name change was necessary.
So, someone at Marvel actually googled “New World Order” (hi conspiracy theories and antisemitism!) and was like...
It’s literally not been used since he and Lois married which happened almost 30 years ago which means Gen Z has never known it and neither have some Millennials. And in the last decade he’s revealed his secret identity to the public twice (there was a reboot in between).
plus more people recognize Grant as the flash from the TV show
The pilot was written by the same guys who wrote The Rocketeer, Danny Bilson and Paul De Meo. IIRC they were also the showrunners.
I wonder if the weird fantasy episode is better on the second watch. I didn’t really care for it the first time I watched it - the only episode that season that I didn’t really like much.
They have explanations for all of that and more (like, how you can have a horizon like you live on a sphere when you’re actually living on a flat plane), and much much more. Most all of it involving quite a bit of magic essentially.
I’m so tired of these stupid people.
It was only a matter of time before an elected Republican stood up and said this. This shouldn’t surprise anyone. If you ever needed a quick barometer of who you can safely talk to or not, flat-earthers are a super low bar that you can eliminate immediately.
