No. Those are Bernards memories we are seeing when Hale is interrogating him - not Dolorases. The interactions between Bernard and Dolores to reconstruct Arnolds mind take place in the cradle. At least that is what Ford tells Bernard.

I think Ford is still in the system..as well as in Bernard. He was just controlling the park system from the cradle before it was destroyed. When they blew up the cradle, he released blocks in the main system so the Delos people would think they were back in charge.
