His intro to his remembrance episode of the podcast is just devastating.

You know, the blood thickening issue didn’t occur to me when I saw her blood disorder stated as her cause of death, but yeah, that seems like too much of a coincidence==not that I want to infer anything, and I’m certainly no doctor.
I had listened to the Cate Blanchett interview last week and was relieved that Lunn Shelton was OK—just a little strep, ya know.
Because so many people living here are too dumb to understand percentages. To most 30% doesn’t seem that high.
The majority of this country can’t count beyond 10 (7-8 if they work in some industries and are at risk of losing fingers) without taking their shoes off. Numbers don’t work here.
I read that article and rolled my eyes. Bernie followers love phrases like “warn of a massive exodus” the same way they warned about a massive voting revolution that would put Bernie in power.
Well said.
There have been Sanders supporters who don’t play nicely with others on the internet, who don’t realize that sneering at others who generally agree on many of the same lefty issues is not productive, who revel in the clout that comes with embarrassing some verified Twitter user over a lukewarm Sanders take. And I…
This is also true. Some of the shit about Bernie Bros is overblown, but watching the way Warren got shit on in the stretch run of this campaign by Bernie supporters, culminating with Bernie supporters absolutely astonished that she was hesitant to endorse him was really something. Like, you really have to take a step…
Also, Warren can’t tweet without hate from Bernie supporters. It’s hard to shift support to him when you liked someone as amazing and who did so much as she has done when his supporters need reporting. Seriously, that hate can put such a bad taste in a person’s mouth, along with Bernie’s record of doing less than…
This honestly isn’t true, because the demographics Sanders has staked his campaign on are unreliable voters. They couldn’t even carry him to the Democratic nomination, much less carry him to victory in a general election. Frankly, as much as it pains Bernie’s fans to hear, Biden has more of a chance of appealing to…
I actually listened to most of this because I was in the car, even though I spent the entire time screaming at him. The idea that “someone” rearranged his security council and he doesn’t know anything about it is pathetic. When asked about his contact with the infected Brazilian official he insisted not that he never…
Virtue signalling + knowing way more than you probably should about a celeb’s health = STARS
I found season two to be less confusing (and much more engaging) than the first one. At least you knew there were different timelines. Unlike the first which kept that part hidden.
It is kind of astonishing that he was willing to do Hot Ones despite suffering from Crohn’s. He looked genuinely ill. There are simpler ways of getting publicity.
On behalf of high functioning morons everywhere, thank you.
Hey, I’m sorry. I read your comment and the reply from Helliphikno at the same time and unintentionally projected their blatantly disparaging tone onto your comment.
I didn’t think season 2 was that confusing. If at all I thought it was really good! I loved the Maeve/Shogun part of the show. Probably my favorite of the whole series. I may have to go back and binge S2 before the new one starts.
uuuuh what the hell are you even talking about? “Hot Ones” is a youtube series where people eat super spicy wings. Which probably results in intestinal trouble regardless of your medical history.
Now we see the violence inherent in the system!
