Seasons 3 and 4 were both really fantastic, hard to pick a favorite between them. I liked Seasons 1 and 2 but upping the stakes really improved the show so much that if she becomes veep again in S5, it's going to be hard to not feel like a backslide.

Just finished episode 7. So far…

Your argument would hold water if the Constitution mentioned that everyone has to laugh at everything a person says at their comedy shows.

So we should all just go around and be ashamed of ourselves all of the time?

Here's the thing though: there are still comedians that do edgy, "un PC" material and are praised by the people Seinfeld is talking about. People like Louis CK, Amy Schumer, Stephen Colbert, Tina Fey….all of them have their fair share of rape jokes, race and sexuality-based material, ect, and are still generally

It is hard for me to imagine early Simpsons offending the people Seinfeld is talking about. It offended extreme right-wing groups - the polar opposite of the overly PC crowd. There's nothing "not politically correct" about The Simpsons. It attacks traditional American values and the "nuclear family" idea, which is not

I didn't even understand how people were arguing that the show was portraying the jury as stupid. I thought it was just that the Reverand was that good at manipulating people. I mean, he even had Titus going.

I didn't get the criticism of the show bashing small towns? The small town characters were just as caricature-y as the city ones. It's a cartoonish show.

It's hard to get around not showing Kimmy's mom though, especially given the hints we were given through-out S1. And I liked Kymmi a lot!

I thought her character said in the finale she'd still be staying in NY, just while trying to "find her roots." I doubt they'd write her off of the show.

Possibly, but all of those articles are getting based off of a really vague statement from Yahoo that said Community "will continue to delight its fans", which could easily be referring to the movie. I still think, based on how everyone seems to be reacting, it's more likely than a S7.

No one is blaming the kids but it seems the Duggar defenders are blaming the media instead. Yes, blame the thing that gave you a TV show to endlessly profit off of!

I am guessing all of those "there might be a Season 7!" reports are BS, because I really can't imagine the official Twitter account wound be sending out this if it were the case.

I'm also okay with waiting a few years for it, which I wasn't before. I really didn't think this finale would give me the closure I needed, but it totally did.

I can see the argument even if I disagree. Seasons 7 and 8 were interesting and experiential in some ways and tried to switch things up. They're less consistent than 4-6 but maybe more interesting.

I'm okay with a movie (I want to see Troy again) but I would actually be actively disappointed with another season at this point. That was too perfect.

Yep. Not to mention the amount of times that we all thought the show itself was over (whether literally, or figuratively with S4/Donald leaving/ect).

This is definitely the show's best finale and probably a top 20 episode for me.

I would say Season 4 was the show's peak. I know a lot of people argue Season 7/8 was though.

One thing I loved about this episode was how it accurately it depicted closure and people falling out of your lives. Most shows lead up to a big ending where everyone's lives suddenly change, but real life usually doesn't work that way. People fall in and out unexpectedly and you just kind of deal with it, never
