the base 3 shared a lot of components, but the Speed3 used a fair amount of parts exclusive to this model, at least a lot of the parts that failed for him were speed3 exclusive

Friend of mine had one of these, it was a reliability nightmare for him, and had a lot of specialized parts that were expensive and needed to be imported.

That’s actually pretty cool! I just got a Golf R and the door pocket is actually wide enough and deep enough for it. More normal vehicles need practical, realistic drink holders, not just MORE of them.
