my first time making a cheesecake I decided to go for a water bath too late, asked for my roommate to pick up a cake pan on his way home...he came home with a springform pan...I went for the bath anyway...I had cheesecake soup. It was delicious, but the structure was awful.

I know the movie isn’t great...but I enjoy it, Paul and Poots had decent chemistry, and the cars were cool...sometimes I chalk it up as a win with fun characters and good racing scenes.
