I’m a big fan of Urasawa (never watched the anime, mostly a manga reader), but Monster is probably his most overrated work, mostly because it really flops at the end.

Fwiw, Trump has long, long standing ties to Norman Vincent Peale, Paula White, and other links to particularly the “Prosperity Gospel” wing of the American televangelism.
Funny enough, I had no idea what the actual kanji for のっぺらぼう was, as it’s often written in hiragana in Japanese (hiragana is phonetic, and carries no inherent meaning, so you need to look at kanji to understand the entymology).
Everything is a sex thing.
Oh no, it's great for G2A. I just wouldnt agree to it if I were on the other side of the negotiating table.
There is a difference between saying “believing in yourself and trying at finding the positive aspects of difficult circumstances is a healthy outlook on life”
Kinda reminds me of “Noppera-bou,” a Japanese Yokai where she’s a woman without a face. Similar kind of unsettling-ness.
That’s an even worse contract than I thought then.
What I dont understand at all here is what the attorneys for Wube are doing signing a deal permitting G2A to self audit. If I were representing Wube I wouldnt let G2A self audit under any circumstances, ar least not without having YEARS of 3re party audits showing they are clean first.
This is a dumb opinion.
This would be considerably more extreme than that. This would be like letting all your WRs and QBs walk, so you can spend all your salary cap and draft capital on OL, RBs, blocking fullbacks and defense.
I wouldn’t get too excited about the Ravens’ bad playoff start with Jackson. Historically speaking, the 16 game sample of the regular season is a far better predictor of future playoff performance than any single game.
The average 22 minute animated episode takes 6-8 weeks to produce and cost around $150,000-200,000. FWIW
They could also have hired an actual animation studio and gave them more than 5 weeks to work on it.
I’m a guy who though the Miami Dolphins shocking (of all people) Bill Belichik and pulling out Wildcat (basically a tweaked version of a 1940s NFL offense) for the first time and rushing for like 300+ yards was the coolest thing ever. So I agree with you.
This isn’t like the Ravens at all. The Ravens exploit Jackson’s mobility to set up matchup problems, where if you try to contain the running game, you open up Jackson’s deepball, if you try to play a deep zone, they hand the ball to a running back, and if they play man, Jackson runs the ball himself. It’s an offense…
All 3 major chains (7-11, Family Mart and Lawson) have karaage, although they often sell out, depending on the time of day you go. They’re up front next to the register in a display case, you have to ask for them.
I hope they introduce the movement restricting mechanics of fortresses from EU4 into CK3. The one thing I massively prefer about EU4 to CK2 is how you can create choke points/defensive points since upgraded fortresses stop enemy movement.
Yeah, if there are kids involved, that’s when things get REALLY messy. And potentially cripplingly expensive.
Back in the States now, but this was Narita Airport at 3PM on a Friday. I’ve flown out of the Narita international terminal dozens of times, and usually it’s shoulder to shoulder, let alone in the middle of the afternoon at the end of the week.
