When you commit crimes in Japan, at a Japanese corporation, you don’t get to choose to receive trial in France (or Lebanon) simply because you think it’d be to your favor.

Uh, no—if a prosecutor is being selective about which cases to bring to trial, and correctly identifies only casees where the evidence is overwhelming and sure to lead to conviction, the conviction rate is 100% and the accused received a fair trial.

I’m Japanese, so allow me to clarify: it’s true that the characters for Dai-katana are Dai (大) “Great” and Katana (刀) “sword” so in theory, those two characters together could be read “Dai”-”Katana” meaning Great Sword.

In terms of games that try too hard and fail, Daikatana often comes to mind for me, as an old fogey.

Man I feel the opposite.  I feel like Rocky IV is an encapsulation of American self-delusion during the Cold War, and is terrible because of it, whereas I feel like Rocky III is at least a fun summer flick.

Rocky II, IV and V are terrible, but Rocky III is a pretty fun movie.  The Apollo trains Rocky sequence is the heart of the movie, and it’s quite a sequence, if only for it’s (schmaltzy but good) score.

In the throw money at the problem category, for somewhere between $40-80 or so you can get am excellent Anker or other powerbank that can basically add huge chunks of battery time to the switch.

I have a 1 year old and very limited gaming time over the past, consisting of time I can carve out during my little one’s naps and post bedtime. Almost all of it is going towards FE3H. Its one of the best games I’ve played in years.

Rogue One is my favorite Star Wars film since the OT. I think the first half is kind of disjointed and not very good, but the second half is SO GOOD it doesnt even matter.

Off topic, but the coolest special effects thing they've done in Star Wars since the end of the OT was bringing Red and Gold leader for one more battle in Rogue One.
