Game Boy, GBColor, GBAdvance, DS, and DS Lite are region-free. DSi and 3DS have region locks, but both can play DS games from any region.

The nVidia Shield Portable is quite an obnoxious omission from the list. It’s certainly a better handheld than the Nomad, at least.
