I do not have the words to articulate how much I want this to be real. So, so much.

What the balls did I just watch? That was hurrible!

What if they combine forces? There are E30s out there with 5.0s... Run, foolish bystanding bastards, RUN!!

The Vantage is not a slow car, and the limitations of the salt make Clarkson’s 176mph in the standing mile with the ZR1 all the more impressive.

Anything but calling it a wagon, right?

Jefferson State.

They used to bring their blue GTO chase car out to pace the Thunderhill 25 parade laps. Pretty cool.

As a jazz musician (well, a drummer, as the joke goes), I can see it working for that too, especially because they place an emphasis on style and improvisation

There’s a gate in the pit wall about half way down. With the red flag I’m a little surprised they didn’t use that to just get the car back to its garage on its wheels. Maybe it was otherwise blocked off.

COTD two days in a row, right there.

They’re hiring launch techs at Vandenberg nearby.

Time to break out the black ‘95 Civics and harpoon guns.

It’s amazing to find one stock and still with its original stuff intact! The seats with no headrests, the longneck diff and its dogbone axles, the hood trim with the inset detail. Cool that it had Webers too. Glad it’s going to get some love, I wish them luck with it.
