That white base model is really doing it for me.
So, what’s the possibility it’s the Brazilian government behind this, looking for money to pay for the Olympics?
I still have the game book for that!
I cannot wait for Laguna, my ears are still ringing from last time BMW brought the CSLs out in 1998.
As a kid I used to ride up to Big Sur comfortably ensconsed in the back of our single cab F150, but times were different in the early 80's, and that was just practical. This is wrong.
I’m starring this because I’m putting mine back together this weekend.
A tire company maybe. We work on probably 20 of them, all past 100k miles now, and I can think of two that have needed VANOS solenoids, and none have required the heads to come off. They eat clutches, and the oil is expensive, but they’re solid if maintained well.

Fair point. Most of us could use that at some point.

Can’t tell if serious.

You’re right, my point is only that new cars and houses are both out of the reach of most Americans.
Cars and houses both. Buying cars new is a bad idea, but someone has to take the fall so average folks can buy them affordably later.
If it looks like that and is called the MkIX, I’m ok with it.
I wonder if they’ll try to sell them in countries that perhaps don’t have meaningful emissions standards.
