My bad?
My bad?
All in all, entertainment technology is becoming really annoying because a lot of people who have kids just can't grasp(or are too lazy to)that you just shouldn't give a kid too much of a good thing.
Thank you for having the best comment here.
Definitely true but, at the same time, video games are definitely more of a danger zone when it comes to what kids waste too much of their time on than books are.
Hell, a lot of video games are specifically designed to be addicting. Combine that with a developing mind and poor parental supervision? Yeah, a public…
Being that this is a Pokemon fighting game, many people who are playing this are probably more at home using a gamepad layout than they are a fightstick layout. Especially little kids.
I heavily doubt that porting control schemes is a big part of their thought process. That actually probably means nothing, seeing as…
I heavily doubt a significant amount of kids are as dependent on books for their entertainment and distraction needs as they are on games.
Making it a weekend is better as that's when a kid would have more time to binge on video games and parents have enough time to plan something fun for the family. Making it a school day wouldn't be as convenient, really.
I'm against the misconception that video games and low test scores are directly related but I'm in favor of a day or two a month where abstaining from video games is encouraged. It won't kill kids to hold off on games every other weekend, and little efforts like this seem more and more reasonable as kids place more…
weekly retrospectives on classic RPGs?
Thanks! I didn't know it was from a preexisting source. LoL has some awesome character designs. Sucks that I'm not into the gameplay at all.
That last picture: Harley Cammy?
They're like characters in one of those SNL skits where you just feel bad for the actors. The energy is there, but the comedy...the comedy is not.
Which goes to show that that movie's art style is pandering, in a strange, strange way.
Yeah, I saw the concept art for Bravely Default before I saw the in-game art and I was pretty bummed out. That style just really didn't gel with me, especially the more I got into the story. It felt like pandering, in a weird way.
Haha, I feel the same way. Nice to see we talked things out without calling each other…
Or: a person sexually harassed multiple people and enough word got out so that something could be done about it. It's relevant to games and some good was done today.
What more do you want?
Yes. These are all desperate decisions. It's almost as if each console maker has been desperate at one time or another.
You know what, my bad. You're right. For some reason, I remembered Fire Emblem looking more chibi. And, yeah, it's the style for those games, but that doesn't make the comparison moot. I don't understand why they need a previous game in the franchise to compare to. The difference I noted between the two isn't even…
Final Fantasy Explorers, Bravely Default, Fire Emblem Awakening, Fantasy Life, Pokemon XYORAS, and some DS games like FF IV and III and Four Heroes of Light are some that come to mind.
But rape is violence. And sexual violence is a really touchy subject now that it's finally getting the coverage it's Kong deserved. I'm not saying I fully support the ban, but this isn't a matter of Boob vs. Blood.
That explanation makes sense.
