Roll that newspaper around a bat and take a good swing at that sub-human’s head is more like it.
Dammit all to hell, we need to make some serious changes to the animal cruelty laws, in nearly every state they are preposterously next to nothing, just like this one.
What a horrible human being. The dog’s okay at the end of the story, though, and this made me laugh:
Honestly, I think the dog is in better hands. Hoping it gets adopted by a loving family real soon. Horrible, horrible thing to do to it.
The same people who can afford them now. I’m in central California and see lots of G-Wagens, Model X Plaid, X7s, Escalades, Range Rovers, etc. on a regular basis. I don’t think their pricing is entirely out of line. It’s out of reach for me, but there are plenty that can apparently.
If it was closer in size to the X7, it wouldn’t be an Escalade. I think Caddy will eventually make an electric XT6, which is more X7-sized. You don’t buy an Escalade because you want something small. You buy it for zero-compromises 3 row size. The rear seat in an X7 is strictly for kids.
inefficient how? it’s got a 450 mile range so that’s pretty good for an EV. It took a 200kWh battery to do that, so I guess that’s sort of inefficient... But this has no competitors at its size class.
Really? I’ve driven the current version with the 1.5T, and I actually don’t think it’s that bad. It’s commodious, reasonably well-assembled, and has good torque where you need it. Also, the 2019+ ones with the Gen. 3 MyLink are a treat.
CT4-V (non-Blackwing) A 2.7L turbo 325 hp sports sedan. I got a kid and a dog so I need four doors but both are about 8 years old and 60 lbs.
Yeah, I blame them for not using birth control.
but because the boy is only 14-years-old, it’ll be up to the juvenile system to decide on his punishment.
They blame the Kia Boys trend on TikTok
This is even dumber because it’s more likely tourists will see it, tourists that bring money into your state. And if there’s one thing Nevada can’t do without, it’s tourist dollars.
Why would anyone voluntarily move from CA to Nevada anyway.
I dunno, that’s a helluva lot of car for $45k these days. Yeah, I’m not in love with a $700 payment either, but of course, there is the trade, and you know, putting money down, which is what I intend to do. We live in a new reality. Thanks for the heads up, Tom. I’ll be watching into the fall. I’m seriously…
I guess you really are “that guy” how is this article in anyway “against EVs”? When the theme of the article is “Hey these aren’t selling well so maybe you want to think about taking advantage of a deal right now and ACTUALLY BUY OR LEASE AN EV”
FYI - the title is “serious deals on [new] electric vehicles”. It is not “serious deals on driving what you already own”
Right right right, because a 20-mile commute on a bike in a blizzard in West Michigan totally makes more sense. /s
They are deals. Car prices are not what they used to be, and that’s a different discussion than this post.
