AGL? :)

They changed the name. The original was "Thai Ladyboy."
I think this is a step in the right direction.

So just, design something every 6 years for the sake of design? There are cars 20, 30, even 50 years old I wish they still hadn't have touched (aesthetically). They should be rewarded for leaving it alone.

We do this with the airplane, and should with my car, but I can cope with a seized engine at 0' AGL, not at 4500'.

Also I kinda hate my car and hope it chokes and dies.

Been flamed for this in the past, but it isn't illegal, at least not around here. It's private property. You can be ejected, but our local PD can't do anything about it (unless you're trespassing). This is according to officers from the PD I work with.

Interestingly, my old neighborhood was ALSO "private property." I

I used to lap Indy on I-465 back in the day. Never timed it, but as you probably know, that's a 55 zone all around. I was once at 110 with a Marion County cop behind me. I about shit my pants. I slowed to 85, and he passed.

Perhaps I missed something, but I watched his award-winning lap of Manhattan, and it seemed reasonable. He wasn't really driving like a total dick.

Again, maybe the footage I saw wasn't the right thing.

I'm only saying crack pipe because I'd rather just buy $2,000 worth of weed and hookers. It was close, though.

Only if you're unfamiliar. Locking 50/50 helps simplify things though, and my permanently-split Saabaru never transferred powered at all.

True!! I'd recommend this for each car you drive. I currently have an 05 G35x. I'm used to the Attesa E-TS AWD from my old QX4, but it is odd and takes some understanding. No power during a slide = just RWD (and the associated lift oversteer). Give it some throttle, and power is sent to all four wheels. So in THIS

My only beef is that this house doesn't seem to have insulation between the garage and the first floor, so you notice a line on cold days (particularly crossing the kitchen floor) when it goes from warm to cold as shit.
I know I can fix it... only been in this house for a year and a half. I'm the second owner... lots

You've re-sparked my interest in these. I was reading up on these last winter... But now I remember why I don't have one. I can't figure out where to have it installed at. I REALLY want one.

I'm rocking my original 1954 garage door. It's just solid wood, with some windows on it (converted to power, of course and with a newer opener). My garage is in the basement.
Today it was -5F outside, and right at 32 in my garage. That's the coldest I've seen my garage get. Most of the winter, it's well above freezing.

There are two main reasons I wanted a house (neither is for "equity," btw): 1) A garage 2) I don't have to hear my neighbor piss every morning.

Honestly, dicking around in parking lots has made me prepared and has definitely saved my ass before. A lot less fear when you really do wind up sideways.

Yep. For these situations, and also righteous powerslides in the WalMart parking lot.

Well, not being able to afford a home wouldn't be such a big deal, since I wouldn't need the garage anyway.

Excellent life-hack, Tatanko. Thanks!

Nice. My home airport, KLAF, has a 6600' RWY. I'll throw down for this thing.

Bimmer.

I hate myself. I'm sorry.
