It’s slightly off-topic, but I feel that the battle for Chosin Reservoir in the Korean war would make an amazing COD campaign. A few thousand US and Korean troops surrounded by 50,000 Chinese soldiers and they had to fight their way out of it. Harrowing stuff

The African theatre is mostly ignored as well, other than COD2's British campaign. There were some pretty amazing skirmishes between the Desert Rats and Afrika Korps. I would especially like to see Operation Bertram, where the allies disguised trucks as tanks and vice versa to confuse the Germans

I frequently struggle with this question when watching speedruns.

As a kid, I never broke any of my controllers/consoles/games. I treated them like priceless statues, always handled with care.

That’s not really how food service jobs work. You show up and do X hours of work, then leave. There is no ‘meals served’ quota. The worker isn’t having to stay extra late just because one person’s order is taking more time.

Same here. The 15 dollar discount was nice, but I wish I had some of these newer options.
I ended up going with a Fallout themed color scheme because it was the only color combo that I really liked

Damn, I wish some of those options had been available when I bought my custom controller 6 months ago. I especially like that the triggers and bumpers can be different colors now.
I wish they would let you specify the color of each stick individually though. I wanted to make a Pikachu-themed controller, and it would

I feel like some of this is down to personal preference. IMO the lighting is better in the newer images, things don’t look as plastic-y as they used to. Aside from his face, I think the newer scout looks better too

Number 6! So so true. If I have to stay in the menu to listen to an audio log, and there is no written trasncript of said log, I am not going listen to that audiolog

Most NFC items basically just use a glorified CD key. IDK how Nintendo Amiibos work in particular, but I highly doubt they could copyright the “code” in them

Nirvana references? Gross

I agree, my Switch rarely leaves the Dock. However, I do move it from my bedroom to the living room fairly frequently, and I appreciate not having to turn off the console when moving it

This looks quite different from Valve’s earlier HL2 VR experiment. (at least the version I played anyway)

Probably gonna have to wait until the release of Vive 2 before that happens :/

Thats how I feel about the speedruns where they utilize a second savefile. If you use an additional savefile to speedrun, you have to include the time it took to make that savefile in the total speedrun

I believe the developers are Sledgehammer games, who made Advanced Warfare. This looks much better than that, although I enjoyed AW.

As for “can they catch up to Battlefield?” No. COD multiplayer is all infantry running around in rat mazes. I seriously doubt they will ever make a large scale vehicle focused game under

The only game I’ve crowdfunded was Strafe, which should be coming out soon and looks excellent. I still have faith in crowdfunding, but you definitely have to choose carefully.

Looks like the best COD in a long time. I’m worried they will have too much story though. I feel COD went downhill after 4 partly because of the focus on having a coherent storyline and memorable characters/villains.
I feel like COD was at its best in the first two games when you were a practically nameless grunt just

Wow overreact much? lmao take a look in the mirror

I read this right after reading an Andromeda preview on RockPaperShotgun. In that preview, the author is very disappointed with Andromeda so far. It’s interesting that most of his low points are listed as high points in this article.
