Im in the planning process of remodeling a bathroom, and the common design now seems to be a glass enclosure with a door, and no shower curtain at all.

Real talk though, accurate foot tracking is very hard to do in VR unless you attach controllers to your feet, which nobody wants. In games where the characters do have feet, they aren’t mapped to your real feet at all, just an animated estimate.
In the same day, you make a post about the importance of wearing a mask, and then rip on Geoff Keighley for his Crash Bandicoot pic? I’m confused.
My thoughts too. It cannot possibly be more difficult than making a lifesize Crash costume. They probably just called the person that made the costume and asked them to make a mask for it.
Nothing that I’m aware of. He is pretty vanilla, but not offensively so
There was a sidescrolling game from 2002 or so called Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project that I remember being pretty fun.
As I understand the situation, that isn’t quite accurate. Bobby Prince didn’t sue them until they released Duke Nukem 3D 20th anniversary edition, which is technically a new product. If Gearbox had just owned the IP and developed new games with new music, he would have no grounds to sue.
Apogee is still somewhat to…
It’s definitely vital for a small game to have an active social media presence. That can go a long way towards getting people to play your game. Hopefully they hire a community manager or something
What about Second Extinction makes you think of Tribes? I didn’t see any jetpacks. The only thing that made me think tribes was when he briefly slid down a hill, which is a bit similar to the skiing in Tribes. Were you thinking of Turok instead? That is a comparison that I can totally understand.
Buried amongst all the porn, no doubt
I have a fairly spicy take on the Indiana Jones movies. IMO, the first one is the only really good one. Temple of Doom and Last Crusade have plenty of embarassingly hokey moments. I suspect many people overlook those bits because they watched the movies as kids, but watched Crystal Skull as an adult with a more…
I also feel that way about Return of the Obra Dinn. It is so so good but a replay will never work because I know the central mystery and remember enough of the puzzles.
How long ago was that? I played though it for the first time last summer and didn’t see a single bug
I don’t see anyone important included either
I liked it overall, despite the rough edges. I really liked the world color idea, where Nazi-occupied locations were in black and white, while free areas had color. It would have been cool to take that concept further, so that color gradually returned to a region as you slowly released it from occupation
He was complaining more about the CGI in the original Blade I think
Totally agree, I think the UI in the game is so overwhelming that many people barely pay attention to the level in front of them
As I recall, the game’s menu split quests into Story and Side quests, and there were a ton of side quests. Probably more than there were primary
I’m not sure if it’s true, but I have also heard that nearly every major3D graphics renderer (including Unreal) contains code from the original Quake engine. The way we render 3D points in space on a 2D screen essentially hasn't changed since 1996.
Counter Strike has been going strong for nearly 20 years, you’re going to be waiting awhile lol
